Returns & Refunds

• We DO NOT accept returns due to the nature of our products.

• We will not be responsible if you do not like the texture, color, or scent of a product once received.

• Please make sure that you check your order before submitting it, because we cannot cancel an order once it has been processed.

• Please contact us at info@whippdjawn.com with any and all questions prior to ordering.

Damages & Lost or Stolen Product

• If an order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours via email and include your tracking number along with photos.

• If a package is lost, contact us immediately so we can begin an parcel investigation.

• We are not responsible for packages that have been marked delivered by the carrier.

Shipping

• All shipping is done on Friday afternoons by 4:00 pm EST, all orders must be in by Friday by 10:00 am EST.

• Please allow 12-24 hours to receive your order tracking number.

• All the shipping fees are based on the weight of your order.

• A $2 handling fee will be applied to all orders placed via phone, email, or social media.
